This guy was the manager of a plant and we were scheduled to photograph him at 9:00 a.m. because that was what his schedule allowed, so we had no choice on the lighting and time of day. It was a 2 hour drive and we wanted to be there by 7:00 a.m. to have time to scout and setup. We chose this spot because it had a nice industrial scene in which the background could be filled with pipes and stuff AND we could set him within that environment.
