The gear bags for rock climbers were photographed for their product catalog. This image shows the bags lying on white seamless paper. They are raised slightly with wood blocks behind them because the client requested that we see some of the bottom of the bags to show their durability. I could have just laid them on the paper and climbed the ladder to shoot down, but that is more cumbersome than lifting them with blocks, allowing me to move around for the best angle. I also lit the left photo with a 42” shiny umbrella to increase contrast and make the reflections smaller in the shiny surface.The content you are trying to access is only available to members.
